• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon dispatch.

• Speciality Geochem is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, installation errors, storage conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
• In no case shall Speciality Geochem’s liability exceed the value of the product sold.

All content including brand names, logos, product designs, brochures, and website material is the intellectual property of Speciality Geochem and may not be used without explicit written permission.
